On July 31, 2026, MC Advisory CSR Srl Società Benefit submitted to ESMA the notification required under the temporary regime for small ESG rating providers, pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/3005.

This notification marks an important step in the company’s process of aligning with the new European regulations on ESG ratings. Future registration with ESMA will allow clients to continue benefiting from both risk and financial efficiency assessments and a wide range of ESG ratings.

MCSR develops and distributes ESG ratings for financial products using proprietary, statistical, and algorithmic methodologies. On the website www.mcadvisory.it corporate and regulatory information regarding the strengthening of organizational controls and transparency regarding its activities will be made available in stages.

Submission of the notification does not constitute final registration, which will be subject to a subsequent assessment by ESMA.
