Raimondo Marcialis – Founder

Previously, he was the founder and General Manager of MC Advisory and MC Gestioni SGR, Director of Selectra Sicav, head of the “il Melograno” open-end pension fund at Assimoco Vita, Managing Director of Zenit SGR, and founder and General Manager of MC Gestioni SGR.
He specializes in managing financial portfolios of securities, funds, and SICAVs. An expert in quantitative analysis, he develops portfolio management, risk control, and asset selection models for managing institutional and retail portfolios.
He has gained diverse professional experience in the financial markets through roles at banks, securities firms, and trust companies, ranging from portfolio management to heading derivatives desks, as well as financial analysis and the development of specialized financial software.

He teaches at various institutions, including 24 Ore Business School; he is a speaker at specialized conferences and a contributor to publications covering economics and finance. At Assiom Forex, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and headed the Advisory and Asset Management Committee. 

Alain Keck – Founder and President

Alain Keck is a Senior Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. Born in France, he graduated from HEC Paris and chose to pursue an international career.
He spent 20 years working with major multinational groups—Barclays, Old Mutual, and Skandia—where he held functional roles primarily in the areas of investments and insurance.
In Italy, he helped develop Skandia Vita over a 13-year period, successively serving as Chief Investment Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. In Europe, he served as Director of Investments and Products at Old Mutual Wealth before joining Barclays, where he oversaw the reorganization of the retail banking and insurance businesses.
Alain also teaches sustainable finance at the 24 Ore Business School

At MC Advisory CSR, Alain serves as President and CEO.

Paola Ravegnani – Managing Partner

A professional journalist since 1990, she specializes in marketing and communications and contributes to various industry publications. From 1991 to 1994, she served as deputy editor-in-chief of the monthly economics and marketing magazine *Largo Consumo*.

Paola was the founder of MC Advisory and served as its President and CEO until the company was liquidated in 2024.

At MC Advisory CSR, Paola serves as a director and administrative manager.

Cesare Vairetti – Partner

He holds a degree in computer engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from the Politecnico di Milano. He began working in 1991 at a Milan-based software company, gaining experience with mixed Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows systems.
He subsequently embarked on a career as a freelancer in software development and networking, working for several medium-to-large companies in Northern Italy. In 2005, he served as a Senior Software Engineer at an asset management firm. In 2010, he moved to Dublin to work at DELL Computer; he subsequently served as Technical Director at the GWM financial group in Geneva, Switzerland. Since 2015, he has served as Technical Director and IT Director in the field of data integration for the Primeur group in Dublin.

At MC Advisory CSR, Cesare supports management in all technology-related activities.

 
Ludovico Raffaelli – ESG Analyst

 
Ludovico earned his law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome with a thesis on international environmental protection through sustainable development and smart cities, and subsequently completed a master’s degree in Business Management and Strategy with a specialization in Sustainability, the Circular Economy, and CSR at the Sole24Ore Business School.

At MC Advisory CSR, Ludovico is responsible for ESG analysis of savings products—mutual funds, ETFs, insurance funds, and pension funds.
