Raimondo Marcialis – Chief Executive Officer

Previously, he served as Director of Selectra Sicav, head of the “il Melograno” open-end pension fund at Assimoco Vita, Managing Director of Zenit SGR, and founder and General Manager of MC Gestioni SGR
He specializes in managing financial portfolios comprising securities, funds, and SICAVs. An expert in quantitative analysis, he develops portfolio management, risk control, and asset selection models for managing institutional and retail portfolios.
He has gained diverse professional experience in the financial markets through roles at banks, securities firms, and trust companies, ranging from portfolio management to leading a derivatives trading desk, as well as financial analysis and the development of specialized financial software.

He teaches at various institutions, including Assiom Forex, *Il Sole 24 Ore*, and Aiaf; he is a speaker at specialized conferences and a contributor to publications covering economics and finance. At Assiom Forex, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and headed the Advisory and Asset Management Committee. He is a member of Aiaf.

Mario Noera – Founder

Mario Noera is a professor of finance at Bocconi University in Milan and a business consultant.
He previously taught monetary economics at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
He earned his degree from the University of Modena and completed advanced studies in the United States at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Yale University, where he was supervised by Nobel Prize winners in Economics Franco Modigliani and James Tobin. He then began his career as an economist at the Research Department of Banca Commerciale Italiana.
Until 2011, he served as President of AIAF (Italian Association of Financial Analysts) and was Vice President of UniCredit Private Banking (until 2012).
Previously, he served as General Manager of Sanpaolo Asset Management SGR (now Eurizon Capital SGR), and before that, he held similar positions at the Euromobiliare Group, the Mediolanum Group, and the Deutsche Bank Group.

Cesare Vairetti – Partner

He holds a degree in computer engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from the Politecnico di Milano. He began working in 1991 at a Milan-based software company, gaining experience with mixed Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows systems.
He subsequently embarked on a career as a freelancer in software development and networking, working for several medium-to-large companies in Northern Italy. In 2005, he served as a Senior Software Engineer at an asset management firm. In 2010, he moved to Dublin to work at DELL Computer; he subsequently served as Technical Director at the GWM financial group in Geneva, Switzerland. Since 2015, he has served as Technical Director and IT Director in the field of data integration for the Primeur group in Dublin.

Paola Ravegnani – Managing Partner

A professional journalist since 1990, she specializes in marketing and communications and contributes to various industry publications. From 1991 to 1994, she served as deputy editor-in-chief of the monthly economics and marketing magazine *Largo Consumo*.
